I have found these pelican birds during morning jog at Haraluru lake, Bangalore. This is first time i have watched these birds and instantly developed interest towards these birds.
Pelican name was derived from greek word pelekys meaning axe. They have bag kind of structure below throat.
They can fly like any other birds. Below video shows pelican birds flying.
