In India many types of Leopard species are found. In India leopard is wide spread in many parts of Indian sub continent. 

Papikondalu National Park in Godavari districts of Andhrapradesh is one good habitat for Indian leopards. You can view the below title board of AP Forest department with Leopard as main attraction.

Snow Leopard in India

Apart from the normal Leopards, India has unique snow leopards also. In Hemis National park in Ladakh. This National park has the highest density of Snow Leopards in the world. October 23rd is observed as World Snow Leopard Day Globally. 
Also Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park in Darjeeling (Darjeeling ZOO) has successful captive breeding program for snow leopards. Padmaja Naidu was then Governer of West Bengal state and this Nation park was named after her. She is daughter of great Indian freedom fighter Sarojini Naidu.

Snow Leopards are considered to be in Vulnerable as per IUCN (Internation union for Conservation of Nature) list.
